I placed an online order over 30 days ago. I made 7 phone calls and sent 3 emails to contact GetNano and to date no one has called me back. No one in over 3 weeks has returned any of my voicemails. This is a scam, purchase at your own risk. You deserve less than 1/2 of a star.

Only got one of the three tried to contact company several times no answer

Still have not received it. It was ordered December 5th, 2024

I ordered 3 different types and only got 1 bottle ,( energy one,,)
I got no explanation when others would come or if they were back ordered.
The one I did receive took a month to arrive, most likely because of the holidays.
Not noticing any benefits yet on using the energy bottle.

For the previous two orders I have run out of product (which I love) but can’t get a response on the status of my order. I have run out of product and can’t get a response if I should reorder or continue to wait (for how long). I leave voice mails and emails with no response. In this day and time this is unacceptable. Do I need to find a company that can respond to my questions?
